Sourcing and design for boutique hospitality & residence. Specializing in furnished apartments for high end residential use as well as boutique hotels and extended stays. In addition to hotels, we have sourced for unique restaurant chains such as Bar Taco, Barcelona and The Whelk.
Commercial Office Design & Sourcing
Weiss Strategic Sourcing experience in commercial design started in 2016 when Dan was brought on as a director of sourcing and design for WeWork. Dan successfully saved the company more than $100mm by strategically sourcing product factory direct from around the world. We have direct connections to some of the best factories for office furniture around the world.
